Bomb trick fails

In the morning, Deepak was getting ready to go to the office. Shermi was watching anxiously. She was worried. She had seen Avinash do something under the car. He had said that Deepak will die today. Shermi had to stop Deepak from going out today. She approached him and gave him his coat. “Please don’t go to the office today.”

Deepak was surprised. “Why? Today, I have a very important job to do. You know that friend of mine who had visited us yesterday? I have to sign a contract with him. But I will return in the afternoon itself. We will go out somewhere.”

Shermi was worried. “You will not return.”

Deepak was shocked. “Are you mad? Please don’t stop me today. I have to go. In the evening, I will take you to a psychological doctor.”

Deepak went to the hall to put on his shoes. Shermi’s cell rang. She looked at the number. It was Avinash. Fearfully, she put the cell to her ear.

Avinash said, “If you stop him, you will become a public talk in half an hour. The CD will open to public. Seeing that, your husband will commit suicide.”

Shermi shivered in fear. Deepak wore his shoes and went out to the car. She heard the sound of the car. She immediately came out and watched from the gate. The car turned around the corner. Her cell rang.

Avinash said on phone, “You know where Deepak’s car is? It has entered the main bazaar. In half a minute, the car will blast in the main bazaar. I am going to press the remote in 10 seconds. When the car blasts, many people will die. TV will announce the death of a famous diamond merchant. Just sit in front of the TV and watch the fun. When the dead body reaches your house, I will come to put garland on the body.”

Shermi was very scared. “Please do not do anything. I will come to you with money if you want.”

Avinash laughed. “What is the use of you coming with money? I want to live in your house as your husband. Ok. Now I am pressing the remote button.”

Shermi’s heart started beating loudly. She went to the prayer room and put her head on the feet of god. She lost consciousness.

Avinash pressed the remote but nothing happens. He was shocked. He pressed again and again. But nothing happens to the car. The car continued to move forward.

Avinash said, “First failure in my life. Otherwise the car would have blasted and at least 100 people would have died with Deepak. It would have been a big talk in India. People would have thought that it was a terrorist attack. My job would have been very easy. Something has gone wrong somewhere. I wonder whether she has done something. No. She does not know that I have placed a bomb in the car.”
